I havnt lost any weight at all, but I have been going thru some stressful time at this moment. You know how people lose weight when their sad and depressed, then when your happy you put on weight im totally different. Im clincally depressed and when I got depressed I resort to food and sit in my room alone. Again sound like excuse and excrise is suppose to lower your depression due to chemicals being released and all that jazz. It’s just been so hard to get out of this house.
